As of June 17, 2025, single-use vaping devices will be prohibited in New Zealand.Devices that will be banned include those that: • Cannot be refilled manually • Do not use replaceable pods or cartridges • Are not rechargeable What’s Still Allowed?Pod-based systems remain legal.
